Dad jailed on felony child abuse charges; infant son just 7 weeks old (Princeton, West Virginia)

Dad PAUL DANIEL ASBURY has been jailed on felony child abuse charges. The baby suffered a subdural brain bleed and bruises on his head while in his father's "care." He is now in intensive care. Daddy says he got "agitated" and dropped the baby.

Here's a question for the Pinellas County, Florida Police Department: This father was jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond for assaulting his infant son, with about the same evidence as you had in the CRAIG WALL case. So explain to us again why you couldn't arrest Wall?
