Dad charged with wanton endangerment after shooting 12-year-old daughter in the neck (Milton, West Virginia)

Dad CHRISTOPER RIDDLE is being charged with wanton endangerment in the shooting of his 12-year-old daughter, who was shot through the neck. This dumbass apparently fired his gun inside the house (?) and then the bullet "accidentally" hit his 12-year-old daughter in the neck outside. Or so we're told.

I guess in West Virginia, the firing of your gun inside the house doesn't even elicit comment.
