Dad sent to prison for severe beating of infant son; assaulted another infant son in 2007 (Lockport, New York)

Dad JEREMY BOLVIN is a two-time loser. He was convicted in the assault of his 6-month-old son back in 2007. So why he ever allowed around babies or infants again? Now he's been convicted of beating another infant son so badly that the baby suffered 11 broken bones and was left with severe epilepsy. The maximum years in prison he wil get: JUST FOUR. LOCKPORT — A 24-year-old western New York man is in state prison for one-and-a-third to four years for beating his infant son so badly that the child suffered 11 broken bones and was left with severe epilepsy.

Jeremy Bolvin of North Tonawanda was sentenced in Niagara County Court on Tuesday. Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza said the sentenced was the longest she could impose under a pre-indictment plea bargain to third-degree assault and attempted second-degree assault.

Bolvin has three children by multiple women. He was convicted of assault in 2007 for breaking the arm of another son when the child was six months old and was granted a conditional discharge.

Bolvin declined to speak in court.
