Dad with shared custody arrested for pulling handgun on mom, stealing her car, taking son; dad NOT charged with kidnapping (Landover, Maryland)

As we have demonstrated here time and time again, "shared custody" doesn't make abuser daddies happy. It just doesn't satisfy their need for Daddy Drama. Must have the control! The guns! Making a big splashy scene!

And notice that although Daddy "allegedly" pulled a gun on mom and stole her car, he's not going to be charged with kidnapping for taking their 4-year-old son because, after all, he's the sperm shooter and they have rights dad gummit!

LANDOVER, Md. (WUSA) - Police arrested a man Wednesday after conducting a search for his 4-year-old son.

Prince George's County Police responded to an 8 a.m. report on Wednesday for an alleged abduction in the 7500 block of Landover Rd. The mother of a 4-year-old boy had called 911 after her son's father allegedly showed a handgun, then drove off in her vehicle with the child. The woman and the boy's father share custody.

A short time later, the boy was found unharmed at a Washington, D.C. school, and the mother and child have been reunited. Police obtained a warrant for the suspect, Kyle Britton, of the 4300 block of Sangamore Road in Bethesda. They arrested him, charging him with first and second degree assault and other charges. He is not charged with kidnapping.
